2. Failed Compatibility: In case a product proves incompatible with your specific system configuration or software version, we will evaluate compatibility issues on a case-by-case basis. We may require relevant system information to investigate the compatibility concerns effectively. Incompatibility due to the customer having an older version of the software because the software is a cracked version is in no way an eligible cause of refund.

Unauthorized Purchase: If you suspect that your Fractal Sounds account was compromised, resulting in an unauthorized purchase, we encourage you to contact our customer support immediately for assistance. We will take appropriate steps to investigate the issue and offer a refund if deemed necessary.

Items Non-eligible for Refund:

1. Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for downloadable e-commerce products due to a change of mind or if you simply no longer wish to use the product.

2. Improvement Requests: Refunds are not provided for requests relating to new features, enhancements, or additions to the existing products. However, we welcome your suggestions and feedback for future product development.

3. Illegal Version : Refunds are not provided for a product that has been downloaded illegally via cracked software website.
