Vertigo For Phase Plant Psytrance Presets [Black Friday Sale]
“Without deviation from the norm, progress is not possible.”
― Frank Zappa
We strive to push boundaries and when we knew that Kilohearts were adding a granular engine to Phase Plant, we felt it was ‘‘go time’’ for Vertigo.
Vertigo is hard to summarize. Let’s just say that the amount of techniques involved in this pack is phenomenal. This is due to the semi-modular nature of Phase Plant and its ecosystem. Because of the way it’s built, we were able to bring in some of the knowledge that we acquired while creating Sludge, Mycological and Molekules.
The idea behind Vertigo was to channel all the granular synthesis power and make it flourish using the mazelike processing force of the Kilohearts plugins. Mazelike is an actual feeling you have when opening presets from this pack, hence the name : Vertigo.
Another thing we focused on was the challenge that we set for this pack. We wanted it to be built using granular synthesis ONLY. All presets (except the 6 bass presets of course) use granular synthesis and the result is unequivocally special.
The first of its kind
Only made from granular synthesis using Fractal Sounds exclusives sources
Presets built with resonance suppressing techniques, parametric filter sweeps and convolution sequencing
8 intricate macros for each presets, ranging from subtle variations to full on domino effects reactions
